THIS AGREEMENT is made on

by and between Peace and Parenting ("Company"), and

 ("Client").

1. SERVICES

The Company agrees to provide the Client with access to the 30-Day Parenting Connection Challenge, which includes daily connection tasks, weekly live Q&A sessions, exclusive access to a Slack channel, and a resource kit.

2. 30-DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE

The Client is eligible for a 30-day money-back guarantee only if:

- The Client has attended all sessions.

- The Client has completed all tasks assigned.

- The Client has maintained a daily written journal.

3. MEMBERSHIP SUBSCRIPTION

Upon completion of the 30-Day Challenge, the Client will be automatically enrolled in a monthly membership subscription if not cancelled before the 30-day mark. To cancel the subscription, the Client must email [email protected].

4. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of California, United States.

5. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This Agreement contains the entire agreement of the parties and there are no other promises or conditions in any other agreement whether oral or written. This Agreement supersedes any prior written or oral agreements between the parties.

6. AMENDMENT

This Agreement may be modified or amended if the amendment is made in writing and is signed by both parties.

7. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of this Agreement shall be held to be invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining provisions shall continue to be valid and enforceable.

8. ACCEPTANCE

By signing below, the Client acknowledges they have read, understood, and agree to the terms and conditions contained within this Agreement.
