14 years ago I began my journey into more connection and one of the most shameful pieces of my parenting became my yelling. I never wanted to be a yeller because I came from a home of yelling. Yet there I was with a sweet 3 year old and when things were hard I began to yell, to the point where I did it to scare her into behaving. I am not proud of that fact, but I am also here to tell you that I made change and that change took time but it began with the things I am going to discuss with you in this amazing little event.
I can’t wait to share time with you and dive into the dirty little parenting default yelling. You are not alone! Let’s start to make positive change.
